Overwatch new playable character Ashe introduced in animated short Reunion

The Overwatch hero 29 Ashe reveal trailer showed her off in her cowgirl glory.

It had been rumoured that the new Overwatch character - hero 29 - was going to be the Junker Queen.

The "Reunion" short opened up on McCree eating at a diner with an appropriately Western tune playing in the background before opening up to the wider world of Overwatch to set the stage for the short.

The cinematic begins in the diner where an unexpected train robbery occurs. Her semi automatic rifle is called the Viper and players can either use the scope for more accurate shots or without the scope for faster ones.

Ashe is the leader of the Deadlock Gang.

A lot of announcements have come out of Blizzcon 2018 so far, but the funnest and most freakish might be the announcement of a cereal based on a joke from Overwatch.

"Ashe quickly fires her rifle from the hip or uses her weapon's aim-down sights to line up a high damage shot". Blizzard hasn't announced a release date for Ashe yet, but expect her to roll out within the next couple months. The dynamite can be thrown and will detonate after a short period or shot to detonate immediately.

"And Ashe is not alone, as she can call on her omnic ally B.O.B., to join the fray when the need arises".

Coach Gun: Ashe blasts enemies in front of her, knocking them away and propelling herself backward for added mobility.
