The BCCI announced the 12 man squad for the final test and also released India's squad for the first two ODIs.
The visitors will come in to the game with the return of their regular captain Jason Holder and lead pacer Kemar Roach which will add some confidence to the side after a humiliating defeat in Rajkot. Hardik Pandya & Kedar Jadhav, who both picked up injuries during the Asia Cup, continue to be on the sidelines. Also back in the mix is fast bowler Mohammad Shami, who last played an ODI over a year ago. However, 33-year-old Dinesh Karthik, who failed to capitalise his opportunity in the Asia Cup, misses out.

Rohit Sharma, who captained India to an Asia Cup triumph, is the vice captain for the ODI series. As expected wicketkeeper batsman Rishabh Pant has made the 14-member squad as a second fiddle to MS Dhoni.
India and West Indies are scheduled to play a five-match ODI series. The spin duo of Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal has been named in the Indian team. Shikhar Dhawan, KL Rahul, Ambati Rayudu, and Manish Pandey complete India's batting line-up.
