At that price, the Mi A2 Lite would still be an excellent smartphone, but at the same time, it could be an overpriced phone from Xiaomi. But, as the Mi A2 Lite is an Android One smartphone, it runs stock version of Android 8.1 Oreo instead of MIUI which is Xiaomi's custom Android skin. There is no information about any other specs of the handset, but we should expect a few more improvements as compared to the recently launched Mi Max 3.
Naturally, the Mi A2 is the higher-end device of the two. The Mi A2 comes with a price of 249 Euros for the 3GB + 32GB variant, 279 Euros for 4GB+64GB storage and 349 Euros for 6GB+ 128Gb storage options.
Running Android 8.1 Oreo with Android One on top, it will come equipped with a dual rear camera set up - 12MP primary sensor with LED flash along with a 20MP secondary sensor.
Both have f/1.75 apertures, and the 20MP camera has "Super Pixel" technology.
The Xiaomi Mi A2 Lite, on the other hand, comes with a Snapdragon 625 SoC, a 5.84-inch FHD+ display with an aspect ratio of 19:9, a 4000mAh battery, a dual camera setup with 12 and 5-megapixel sensors at the back and a front selfie camera with a 5-megapixel sensor.
The Xiaomi Mi A2 features a 5.99-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1080 x 2160 with 85% NTSC color and a contrast ratio of 1500:1.
Now, let's move on to design.

India will be getting the Mi A2, but it won't be seeing the Mi A2 Lite. The A2 Lite's more compact form factor helps with one-handed usage too. The Mi A2 Lite, meanwhile, starts off at $210.
The Mi A1 notably has a 3080mAh battery, so the Mi A2 is a bit of a downgrade in the fuel department. You can tell the two apart based on the display. The company has also added a game "Find the Hidden 4's" which links to a mobile-only game that can only be accessed using the "Mi Store" app on Android and iOS. The OS feel very fast and zippy, and there's no noticeable stuttering at all.
24 July in Madrid the Chinese company Xiaomi has made a presentation, during which was presented a new smartphone Xiaomi Mi A2 and its more affordable version of the Mi A2 Lite. That's the inherent advantage - and appeal - of Android one devices. Did we mention the dual camera sensors? For optics, the handset will probably house two 12-megapixel sensors at the back created to shoot quality and detailed shots even in dark conditions.
