Someone recreated Mario Kart in Fortnite Playground

Playground was briefly enabled last Tuesday before a flood of excited players broke down Epic's matchmaking system, forcing them to disable the mode while they tried to find a way to fix it.

"We've completed our testing process for the improvements to our matchmaking services and are deploying servers that will bring back the Playground LTM", Epic said on Reddit. "There is the possibility that you may encounter an error, as many players are attempting to join this game mode".

The track is very similar to the ones that would normally be found in a Mario Kart game, except instead of cars, they used Shopping Carts, and instead of Mario characters, they used classic Fortnite skins. Errors are likely to occur, but Epic advises players to simply requeue until a match is found. Players have been taking their time learning how to build some pretty epic areas, but one duo chose to try to bring a little Mario Kart into Fortnite.

The LTM has only been in the hands of players for a few days, but some of the stuff we've seen coming out of the community so far has been awesome.
