Los Angeles County prosecutors are reviewing sexual assault allegations against Sylvester Stallone.
It's unclear what the case details, but TMZ reported in December that a woman had filed a police report with the Santa Monica police, accusing the now-71-year-old actor of raping her in 1990. Media reports from previous year, however, outline at least two alleged incidents of sexual assault from his past.More news: French Open 2018: Rafael Nadal not 'crazy' about catching Roger Federer
The allegation against the star comes in the wake of the #MeToo movement that has focused attention on sexual harassment in Hollywood and beyond.
A sexual assault case against Sylvester Stallone is being reviewed by the L.A. District Attorney's office.
The woman, who Stallone told Radar had visited him while he was filming a movie in Israel in 1987, claimed that he raped her three years later in his office in Santa Monica.
Around that time, police said they were investigating a complaint of alleged sexual misconduct by Stallone in the 1990s, Reuters reported. "No one was ever aware of this story until it was published today, including Mr. Stallone".
