First things first, if you haven't been following the story, Apple is rumored to be launching three new iPhone models this year - a successor to the iPhone X, a bigger model dubbed iPhone X plus and a budget iPhone which will most likely be a successor to the iPhone SE. While the flash hasn't been depicted in the images, it claims the module will be on the right side of the setup.
Apple will reportedly launch three new iPhone X models this year, including an affordable 6.1-inch LCD model and two iPhone X successors with OLED screens measuring 5.8 inches and 6.5 inches - the latter of which is now being referred to as the iPhone X Plus (though we don't know the real name). As per the the renders shared, the large 6.5-inch model, which may be called the iPhone X Plus, is what is likely to catch everyone's attention as it may be the first iPhone with a triple lens setup. Whatever the case, it appears that the iPhone X Plus will be the only one to benefit from having 3 cameras. The schematic leak backs up these specifications and also gives information about the smartphone's camera.
The iPhone 9 schematics further suggest a 6.1-inch display and dimensions of 147.12 x 71.52mm.More news: Todd Howard Addresses Fallout 76 Questline, PvP, VATS & Mods Questions
Apple's iPhone X was the most desirable smartphone after its launch in November 2017. As for the rest of the iPhone X Plus, the schematics reveal a notch on the front similar to the iPhone X and we can expect Face ID tech being housed inside it. Other such measures to be adopted in order to bring the pricing down could include a single rear camera, removal of 3D touch and cost reduction in the materials which are used while manufacturing the iPhones. That's longer and wider than the current iPhone X, which measures 143.6 x 70.9 mm (5.65 x 2.79 inches).
Despite Huawei beating Apple to the punch with its P20, the headline feature on the iPhone X Plus is its triple lens camera on the rear.
