Rockets' Chris Paul likely a game-time decision for Monday's Game 7

If the Warriors win Game 6, the Rockets would host Game 7 at 9 p.m. on Monday at the Toyota Center.

Durant had no interest in recollecting, smiling and laughing with Curry as he said, "next question".

They led by 10 points at halftime, 61-51. The fact that he's averaged 25.1 and 26.4 points per game in two regular seasons with Curry, Thompson, and Green by his side only adds onto the significance of his success.

"Once we settled down and we got the defense in a better position, then we started moving the ball, and the game felt more like a Warriors game". After Saturday's Game 6, Kerr once again brought up Thompson's personality as an asset in big-game situations.

The Warriors saw the return of guard Patrick McCaw to the bench but coach Steve Kerr stopped short of saying if he would play.

Curry quickly jumped in to correct his teammate.

With or without Iguodala, history says the Warriors will be tough to beat under the circumstances they'll be experiencing in Game 6.

Coach Mike D'Antoni said he had "no idea" if Paul could recover in time to play in Game 7.

It was a valiant effort for a Rockets squad who, without their other All-Star point guard, was expected to simply hand over this game in preparation for Game 7.

We may actually never know if this was actually the same play which Duncan passed along, but regardless, it'd be an awesome story. "(If) we take the same focus and execute the game plan like we should I have all the confidence in the world in this team". We all have a job to do and that's go out and try to play the best we can. On Saturday when the Rockets were being blown out in Oakland, the Astros were dropping a game to the Indians in Cleveland.

After one quarter in Game 6, the Houston Rockets seemed to be in good shape. He has single-handedly outscored Golden State's reserves 38-16 in the last two games, both of which Houston has won to reverse what had been a 2-1 deficit in the series.

"They're going to bring it", he said. That, alone, is not enough to get the Cavaliers a win, which leads us too....

"Our guys have a ton of character and a ton of competitiveness, desire", he said. With Andre Iguodala sidelined the past two games with a left lateral leg contusion, Nick Young and Quinn Cook - two players Kerr would probably prefer not to play on such a big stage - have earned meaningful minutes. As the game was winding down, Reggie Miller said something to the effect of 'throw out the scouting reports, Game 7 will be all about who wants it more.' All due respect to Miller, but that is ridiculous.
