Intercontinental champion Seth Rollins last week declared an open challenge for his title, a gauntlet which was immediately picked up by Mojo Rawley. But, moments later, the Architect caught him with a Curb Stomp for the win. But Owens countered quickly to come up with a Spike DDT and hit his opponent with a Fisherman Suplex.

Later, in the first Money in the Bank qualifier match of the night we witnessed Baron Corbin, Bobby Roode and No Way Jose fighting it out in a triple threat match. Bobby Roode took advantage of the situation and sent Corbin into the ring post.

Triple Threat Money-in-the-Bank Qualifying Match: Alexa Bliss def. Bayley and Mickie James by pinning Bayley following the DDT to qualify for the Women's Money-in-the-Bank Ladder Match. Bayley had Bliss pinned with the Bayley-to-belly, but James broke the pinfall.

This week's show included three more stars qualifying for their respective Money in the Bank ladder matches, as well as the company confirming that Nia Jax will defend her Raw Women's Championship against Ronda Rousey in the former UFC Champions first ever WWE singles match, but it also included a few added extras that only the live fans were able to see. The Riott Squad by Liv Morgan submitting to Natalya's Sharpshooter.

The B-Team def. Breezango by Bo Dallas pinning Fandango following a double team backdrop/neckbreaker.

Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre def. Finn Balor & Braun Strowman by Dolph Ziggler pinning Finn Balor after knocking Finn Balor off of the top rope.

- Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt vs. Hence, he promised to bring Lashley's sister to Raw to show a different version of the behemoth. The main event of Raw was another three-way for the MITB spot: Kevin Owens vs. Elias vs. Bobby Lashley. It looked like Lashley was about to win after he hit a dominator on Elias, but Sami Zayn interfered and pulled Bobby out of the ring. Owens being placed in this match came as a surprise to the WWE universe.

Instead, superstars like Jinder Mahal would get the chance to face Lesnar, provided that he could survive a match against other worthy superstars that night. Sami Zayn ran down at one point and stopped Lashley from getting the win.
