Elon Musk Reveals His Favourite Grimes Songs

He heaped praise on Grimes that month, tweeting about her video, which she directed, featuring Janelle Monae for the song "Venus Fly" calling it the 'Best music video art I've seen in a while'.

According to the report, the two connected after Elon Musk was planning on tweeting an obscure sci-fi joke before Googling it and finding out that Grimes had already done so three years ago.

According to Page Six, Grimes and Musk have been quietly dating for the last month and they meant to go public with their relationship at the Met Gala. The tech billionaire posted "Rococo Basilisk" (pun) as a joke on Twitter, referring to the French 18th century baroque-style few hours before his Met Gala arrival. "I don't know if you've heard of Roko's Basilisk", Grimes told Fuse back when the video premiered. It turns out when Elon was thinking of making the joke and doing research, he found the information about Grimes' character online and it intrigued him enough to reach out to the Canadian beauty.

"Grimes said this was the first time in three years that anyone understood the joke", a source told Page Six.

After seeing her comments on the matter, Elon made a decision to reach out to the 30-year-old music maker. Actually, Musk has never been shy to make his admiration for Grimes, real name Clair Boucher, public.
