Four face charges after store robbed

Police said that on Thursday at around 8:30 a.m., a group entered a store and started taking items off the shelves.

Police say the victim mentioned he attempted to flee from his vehicle when he got into a physical struggle with one of the suspects. Sgt. Caton said the worker handed the man money and the man fled the scene on foot.

Responding officers found the vehicle driving erratically and a pursuit ensued.

The men were met by four males and after an exchange of money, the men were assaulted by the males who were armed with sticks.

Three men aged 29, 33 and 35 face a wide array of charges including robbery, possession of a weapon for a unsafe objective, impaired driving, possession of property obtained by crime and possession of a controlled substance. Potter had his first court appearance on April 11.

Colton Ross Desmerais, 18-years-old, has been charged with Robbery, Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm, Possess Weapon and Carry Concealed Weapon, Prohibited Device or Ammunition.
