Gordon was arrested in June 2017 for domestic violence.
Gordon, now 29 and pictured above (this weekend's mugshot in the inset), was booked in jail on Saturday and eventually charged with battery by the Seminole County Sheriff's Department. Once home, she claims they got into another verbal fight.
According to the police report, Gordon told cops his girlfriend refused to leave his residence after throwing a bottle at him and ripping his shirt.
Leal, who the responding officer noted had a visible injury in the form of a swollen bottom lip with dried blood on it, said Gordon had struck her "several times" on her cheek while she was driving him home from a bar.
Gordon, who admitted the two had been drinking, called Leal "crazy", but said he didn't want to press charges. He posted a $500 bond, but has not been released as of yet. His next court appearance for the domestic violence charge is April 6.
He was previously arrested for allegedly kidnapping and beating his girlfriend for six hours in June previous year.
Gordon was released on a $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on April 6
The pair told DailyMailTV in October that they had reconciled with Leal saying she had been the aggressor in the incident.
Gordon was found legally responsible for the death of Brown, who died at 22 in 2015. The lawsuit had alleged Brown "died due to a violent altercation" with Gordon, "after which he placed her in a bathtub, unconscious, after he injected her with a toxic mixture".
This isn't the first time Gordon has had a run-in with the law concerning domestic violence.
Gordon was found responsible in a wrongful death lawsuit and an Atlanta judge ordered him to pay $36 million to her estate.
