A new Nintendo Direct has been announced.

Mario Tennis Aces is planned for a 2018 release on Nintendo Switch; it's likely we'll get an exact release date tomorrow. Tune in 3/8 at 2pm PT for a Nintendo Direct featuring upcoming #NintendoSwitch and Nintendo #3DS games, including new details on #MarioTennis Aces!...

Nintendo has been praised for the incredible year-one lineup that saw a simultaneous entry in both open-world Legend of Zelda and Super Mario entries as well as new titles like Splatoon 2, ARMS, and the remastered Mario Kart 8. We can't wait for them to come out next month, but there's another game on our minds today...

Those rumors have continued to mount since the initial report, without official word from Nintendo.

More news: 'You know Mueller can arrest you, right?'

The news of a brand new Direct came (like always) through a Nintendo social media account. The March 8 presentation may put the speculation to rest. We know there will be a focus on the upcoming Mario Tennis game, but will something much bigger be on the horizon?

Bayonetta 3 is coming to the Nintendo Switch. At this point there's no hard release date, but perhaps Nintendo is ready to give fans a day to circle on their calendars.

What do you hope to see from tomorrow's Nintendo Direct?
