Dana White Has Positive Update On Brock Lesnar's UFC Return

It was scheduled to go down in the second hour of Raw.

On Sunday night's Elimination Chamber pay-per-view event, WWE executive VP of talent, Triple H, officially introduced Rousey in front of 20,000 screaming fans at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

One man who doesn't think Lesnar should be allowed to return to the UFC is Hunt, who recently told Submission Radio: "He shouldn't be fighting, he's just a cheater". That bout marked Lesnar's first in almost five years... and also his first since the UFC entered in a partnership with the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency.

Lesnar, of course, did make a brief return to the octagon, for UFC 200 in 2016, knocking out Mark Hunt, then getting slapped with a one-year suspension for testing positive for performance-enhancing drugs.

Leaving WWE, with whom Lesnar has been under contract since 2012, seemed to be a more likely option last summer.

That victory was overturned to a no contest following the discovery that he'd failed drug tests before and after the historic card. The main event set up the biggest match of the year for "Wrestlemania XXXIV", but it did something more than that.

WWE has erased any doubt about whether Brock Lesnar will appear at Saturday's live event in Chicago, Illinois. He stuck around in the WWE, which had given him permission to fight for the UFC once more at UFC 200. Still, it shouldn't come as a surprise that White wants Lesnar to fight again, as UFC needs his star power. It also suggests that this could also be some kind of a promotional stunt by WWE in order to hype up Lesnar's upcoming championship fight with Roman Reigns.

Expect Paul Heyman, Lesnar's mouthpiece, to make reference to the possibility of his client jumping ship to the UFC in April.

Back at WrestleMania 30 Brock Lesnar defeated The Undertaker, handing "The Deadman" the first loss of his career at "The Show Of Shows". "If Brock Lesnar wants to fight in UFC, Brock Lesnar will fight in UFC".
