Notley said yesterday that she doesn't want to escalate the feud, but that B.C.'s actions on the Trans Mountain pipeline are illegal and must be reversed.
On Monday, Premier Rachel Notley called reporters to the Legislature media room for yet another impromptu news conferences about the pipeline dispute with B.C.
"I will be resolute in protecting the interests of this great province", he said. "What he's doing is trying to set up a system where it can not get to "yes" and deliberately frustrating it so the project will get cancelled".
It's unclear whether the next steps might include more bans on B.C. goods, and Notley would not elaborate on the options she's considering.
But, Notley, correctly, would not say if or when her government might take such action.
