The Alabama junior receiver who supplanted his name all over program record books has chosen to forgo his final season of college eligibility and enter the 2018 NFL Draft, Ridley announced on his personal Twitter account.

Alabama Running Back Bo Scarbrough, who just finished his junior season with the Crimson Tide, has signed with a sports marketing company and is headed to the National Football League, according to a source. This was the third national championship Ridley had played in during his career with the Crimson Tide. He finishes his career with the rolling tide with 224 catches, 2,781 yards and 19 touchdowns. Having been thoroughly prepared for that next step, I am truly ready, because in the beginning, I chose THE RIGHT SCHOOL.

Damien Harris is coming off of his second straight 1,000 yard campaign. He also thanked Alabama head coach Nick Saban for "turning good players into great ones".

Ridley had four catches for 32 yards and one touchdown in Monday night's College Football Playoff National Championship Game against Georgia. At 6-1, 190 pounds, he is viewed by some as the top wide receiver prospect in the draft and a possible first-round pick.

Cooper and Ridley are the only two receivers in program history to catch 200 or more passes.
