Data has been analysed from cheapest and dearest matchday tickets, including online prices, cheapest and dearest away tickets, cheapest and dearest season tickets plus pies, tea, shirts and programmes.
It found that League Two has seen the biggest rise across all four divisions as clubs try to cope with the increasing financial demands.
Blackpool and Northampton are the only clubs in League One to have frozen or cut prices across all the categories.

Elsewhere, Arsenal have the country's most expensive bottom-priced season ticket at £891 - but that's £123 cheaper than the equivalent ticket last season.
The cheapest season ticket is at Bradford for £149.
Bangor City also has the most expensive match day ticket at £9, with the cheapest adult match day ticket can be found at Bala Town and Cardiff Metropolitan University, for £6.
