Misty Spann pleaded guilty to incest and will be on probation with two of those years under the supervision of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections.
The defendant, who is from Duncan, was set to stand trial but instead entered a guilty plea Tuesday for last year's nuptials to mum Patricia Ann Spann.
Patricia Spann told the investigator that she lost custody of Misty Spann and her other two children but reconnected with them in 2014.
Stephens County court records show that the mother-daughter marriage was annulled October 12, six weeks after Misty Spann filed a petition asking for an annulment "by reason of illegality and fraud".
But she used a fake name on the marriage license application - Patricia Ann Clayton.
It is reported that misty Spann grew up with her grandmother, as her mother was deprived of parental rights.

Court records show she also married her biological son in Comanche County back in 2008 and was annulled in 2010.
Patricia also told investigators when she reunited with her daughter "they hit it off".
Misty's mother is scheduled to appear in court in January.
She says she only consented to getting married after her mother convinced her it was legally OK, saying she consulted three attorneys.
"Why she chose her daughter, I'm not sure", Smith said. "Why would you want to be with one of your own kids?"
Mother Spann allegedly told cops she didn't think the twosome broke any laws - because she was no longer listed as a parent on Misty's birth certificate.
Misty and Jody's brother Cody Spann told KSWO that his mother manipulated both his sister and brother into marriage. And she threatened to kill him. He said that after that marriage was annulled, Patricia set her sights on Misty, allegedly threatening her with poisoning and kidnapping if Misty refused.
