National Hiring Day at Whole Foods


Last week, Whole Foods Market showed its intention to expand with the announcement of a National Hiring Day at all of its US stores November 2, with a goal of hiring 6,000 new team members in part-time, full-time, seasonal, and permanent positions.

Cashiers, culinary experts, and prepared food specialists candidates interested in seasonal or permanent positions can stop in at any Whole Foods Market store November 2 for an interview and possible on-the-spot job offers. All local stores are involved in the recruitment effort, which the company calls "National Hiring Day".

There are seasonal, part-time, and full-time opportunities available.

New Whole Foods Market stores may soon be opening according to Amazon's most recent earnings call last week.

Resumes aren't required, but as with any job interview, are helpful to bring.

Founded on September 20, 1980, Whole Foods, which is based in Austin, Texas, has been on the Forbes list of "100 Best Companies to Work For" for 20 straight years.
