Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday asserted that "India does not need a certificate from any foreign institution", and instead, it needs a certificate from the country, ANI reported.
"In 2014, we were 142nd and then (in) last two years, we improved to 131st and 130th".
The World Bank on Tuesday released a report showing that India has improved its rank by 30 notches to 100th position in the ease of doing business index.
Surjewala said that "Ease of Doing Business" rankings have not taken into account the "utterly flawed implementation of the GST". This year, we have taken a 30 point jump.
