After providing a sneak peek at Margot Robbie's gold medal-worthy transformation into Tonya Harding, upstart distributor Neon has unleashed the full-length I, Tonya trailer in advance of the movie's December 8 premiere.

And soon, we see how she might've gone too far aka the trailer shows Jeff and his friend/Tonya's bodyguard Shawn Eckhardt (Paul Walter Hauser) planning the infamous 1994 attack on Tonya's skating Rival Nancy Kerrigan (Caitlin Carver). Harding is an unreliable narrator from the first frame, with her voiceover explaining, "there's no such thing as truth-everyone has their own truth". Harding had aimed to break Kerrigan's leg so she couldn't compete in the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer. Four years later and it looks like the star of About Time and Suicide Squad has landed her best role to date. There's no padding when you hit the ice'. When I fell, she was like 'Come on, get up.
It hits theaters in NY and Los Angeles in December and nationwide at the start of 2018.
