It finally looks like Nokia is all set to tap the market with a flawless competitor for the Samsung Galaxy S8 with the upcoming flagship device Nokia 9.

HMD Global is expected to launch the next-generation Nokia 9 smartphone, and some rumours claim the device to come with a nearby bezel-less design.

According to the leaked photographs, the Nokia 9's camera module on the rear panel seems to be featuring a bump which peaks the device's thickness at 8.9 mm. The flagship. The Nokia 8 has a spec that can go toe-to-toe with all the other major flagships released by rivals inside 2017. With that, the upcoming Nokia 9 will be the second phone by HMD Global to come with two cameras at the back. Moreover, the phone will be powered by Snapdragon 835 chip. It is said to have a 5.5-inch AMOLED display having Quad-HD resolution. Nothing much is known about the connectivity options but we can see a USB Type-C port at the bottom of the leaked renders. Well, there's no 3.5 mm headphone jack on the Nokia 9, and, it isn't too surprising, considering how many manufacturers (including Google) have ditched the 3.5 mm headphone jack on their smartphones. It may also have up to 8GB RAM and up to 128GB internal storage.

However, the email does mention that the company will release more smartphones in the future that will be available in the U.S., although it doesn't state when that might happen and which devices we can expect to see. That means they're all very polished devices, and Nokia's also made sure to create a model at virtually every price point, meaning there really is something for everyone, whatever your budget.

Nokia's portfolio of 2017 phones is nearly up, although there is 1 phone left that is rumoured before 2017.
