"Jackie" to Tannah, has known the girl for nearly two years and has become close friends with her soon-to-be adoptive parents.
Tannah Butterfield leaped into the arms of her school's office manager, Jackie Alexander, after hearing the news. 'My heart was so happy, it was like, 'Ahhh!' It was screaming'.
The video shows Tannah embracing Alexander like she'll never let her go.
Alexander thought the moment was so handsome that she got Fisher's permission and shared the video on social media.
Tannah had her own message.
'To tell a little girl that she gets her family forever takes the cake.

The school's office manager Jackie Alexander told the girl on behalf of her new mom, Jennifer Fisher.
"I just grabbed her and I just said 'Honey, oh baby have you heard the news?' And she said 'What?' And I said 'You get your family". "She just held me tighter and tighter and I took advantage of that".
"I was overjoyed and humbled", Alexander said.
"I just thought, 'Oh my gosh, we've done the right thing, '" Fisher said.
The young Utah student said her "heart was so happy" when she learned of the news.
"This is like the biggest thing that's ever happened to me", Butterfield told KUTV. "We didn't all know it was going to happen like that". As for the moment when she was able to break the news, she described it as a "sweet reminder... that life can be and still is lovely in spite of it all".
The couple said they hope the adoption will be finalized next month.
