According to Express UK, some characters will be getting unique legendary skins during the Halloween Terror Event, including items as well.
The Overwatch Halloween Terror event is live. The developer also brought back the items offered past year and they are available in the new Halloween loot boxes.
Overwatch Halloween Terror 2017 skins aren't the only thing up for grabs with over 50 new cosmetics to collect from Halloween Loot Boxes.
Players will also get another chance to tackle Junkenstein's Revenge, Overwatch's PvE mode.

Take a look at some of the new Overwatch Halloween Skins from last year as well as the skins from last year which should be returning. Junkenstein's Revenge was added a year ago as the event's arcade game mode.
Hollywood and Eichenwalde have also been updated with a spooky new theme, while the new skins available include legendary outfits.
Based on the previous history of returning Overwatch events like the Summer Games 2017 event, we can be fairly sure that Legendary Skins from the Halloween Terror event from back in 2016 will make a return in loot boxes for the 2017 event.
During this time, new skins will be available on a limited edition basis. A leaderboard will keep track of your progress, while also allowing players to compete for the top spot. The job is expected to last just a few months during the year 2018.
