Aguero scores hat-trick as Manchester City put six past Watford

Table-toppers Manchester United and Manchester City, now second on goal difference, both have 10 points from their opening four Premier League games.

Guardiola's side has scored 15 goals in three matches since the global break, following 5-0 and 4-0 wins over Liverpool and Feyernood respectively.

"It was so good, especially after an away game in the Champions League", Guardiola said.

Despite all his brilliance, Sergio Aguero has been injury prone during all of his years at City, having never played 50 games in a season.

There was the memorable FA Cup game in January 2014 when Fernando Forestieri and Troy Deeney put Watford 2-0 up at the break and it was not until the 78th minute that Sergio Aguero pulled City level, and the 86th minute that Aleksandar Kolarov's put them ahead.

But despite the off-field drama, Toure made an impressive return, playing 31 times for City last season despite only returning to the team in mid-November. When Gabriel (Jesus) came last season we can not forget he had just seven or eight games because he was injured immediately.

Gabriel Jesus scored from an offside position off an assist from Aguero, Nicolas Otamendi headed in a Silva cross and Raheem Sterling scored from the penalty spot for the team's sixth.

Manchester City will travel to Vicarage Road to meet Watford and City manager Pep Guardiola showered praise on his opposite number Marco Silva in his pre-match press conference yesterday. But now we have players that play more in and not wide.

We can see a lot of goals in this game and are backing on more than 2.5 goals as our prediction.

And while the attack is the reason you should tune in every time City is on TV, the defense is why club has a chance to win every match. Through four fixtures, they have three wins and a draw. Below is a ratings form for you to fill out with how you rate each Manchester City player's performance.

Last season, City completed a double over Watford without conceding a goal.

Burnley has picked up away points at three of last season's top-six teams, beating Chelsea on opening day and drawing against Tottenham at Wembley.

The Hornets have also made a positive start to the campaign, but they have yet to pick up maximum points on home soil and have not prevailed at Vicarage Road since mid-April.
