Justin Juenemann is a red shirt senior placekicker for the University of Minnesota. But this team meeting is different. Kyle spoke with the team and said Juenemann was one player in particular he always saw visiting the hospital. Justin met Kyle during a visit to the hospital.

That's Justin Juenemann, a senior kicker.

The coach made remarks about Juenemann recognizing his work ethic and noting he never gave up through the years. "All of the emotions running through me at the time and the fact that Coach Fleck and Kyle went through that effort to create a special moment is incredible". A solid catch. When he opens it...

Juenemann has yet to appear in a game with the Golden Gophers, but if he does, it'll be as a scholarship athlete for the first time in his life.

Fleck then handed an air cannon loaded with a t-shirt to Kyle, and told him to fire a shirt at Juenemann.

"We have a holistic approach for our culture academically, athletically, socially and spiritually and some programs don't demand those things to be connected, but we do", Coach Fleck said.

He also got a special congratulations on social media from Eric Decker, a wide receiver for the Tennessee Titans, who was once a Gopher.
