Man rushes stage at Britney Spears concert

Security quickly surrounded the pop star as several back up dancers pinned the suspect to the ground.

Fans were shaken Wednesday night when someone rushed the stage towards Britney Spears during her Las Vegas Piece of Me show at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.

A video of the incident has been released online, and it shows the man running on to the stage where he is confronted by the security team. News that 37-year-old Jesse Webb was arrested August 9 for trespassing during Britney Spears' Piece of Me concert in Las Vegas.

She was ushered backstage and the man was handcuffed and escorted out.

"Britney was rushed off the stage as security wrestled with the guy, when they moved him off the stage everybody started chanting "Britney, Britney". Reports suggested that he had been acting erratically throughout the gig and jumped on stage when he was asked to leave.

Webb was arrested and take to the Clark County Detention Center.

Spears was not hurt, but showed concern on her face when she realized what was happening during the show.

Britney then says through her mic "Is everything ok?"

According to exclusive information of the internet site TMZ, the aggressor is called Jess Webb, he would be 37-year-old.

Fortunately, Britney is A-Okay following the incident and returned to the stage to finish her show after the man was taken away by security.
