Old habits die hard, though, and yesterday Jenner was spotted cruising around in her good ol" bright red "Make America Great Again' hat.
Jenner wrote in a post on her website, "I believe every American should be outraged by the disrespect shown to those people wearing our country's uniform".
A self-professed conservative Republican who initially backed Ted Cruz in the primaries, Ms. Jenner supported President Trump after his nomination, noting her agreement with him and the Republican Party on most economic issues.
Jenner also called the president's idea "half-baked" and said it puts service members in harm's way. "Does President Trump intend to just pull 15,000 people out of every critical position to which they are now assigned?" "We are strong, we are attractive, and we will win".
She closed by calling the president to ask which side of history he wants to be on "and reverse his position immediately".More news: Maxine Waters: Pence should be impeached after Trump
She said Trump "chose to lash out today in a harsh, intolerant fashion against transgender individuals who would like to serve America".
When Jenner complains that the hardest part about being a woman is picking out what to wear in the morning, we can't act surprised that her outrage on behalf of the trans community she's so desperately out of touch with gave way to her usual, conservative bias. "My loyalties are with my community and fighting for my community".
In the past, Jenner has made no bones about the fact that she's a Republican and voted for Trump in the 2016 presidential election. I believe in the people of this country to get us out of the trouble we are in financially, economically, more than I believe the government will fix this.
