Priyanka Chopra choses family over IIFA 2017, says don't overthink it!

Meanwhile, several A-lister stars like Salman Khan, Varun Dhawan, Ranbir Kapoor, Katrina Kaif, Karan Johar, Shahid Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan among others have already reached the venue.

However, the actor's spokesperson refuted the reports and told the daily, "Priyanka Chopra had not made any commitment to the awards show organisers, so there's no question of her skipping it". As the promotions continue, the actress is majorly missing her Bollywood roots. Doting mother Madhu Chopra and brother Siddharth Chopra were also present at the event.

The report said Priyanka, who has been in the U.S., came back to Mumbai just a day before IIFA 2017 started in NY, which raised some eyebrows.

In fact, Priyanka Chopra posted about her return on social media and it has left many surprised. "So yes, I deserve this holiday".

But in terms of non-film music, her last single, "I can't make you love me", came out in 2014.

She took to Instagram and shared a small video where she can be seen grooving. "My mommy bestest! #WhoIsTheFavouriteChildThough?" There's a cute cafe on the sets of the film with pastel shaded furniture and then there's Priyanka Chopra to top it all. However, the Bajirao Mastani actress' spokesperson has a different take on the issue.

There are speculations that the Baywatch actor might step back into Bollwood with a Sanjay Leela Bhansali project. The film is a biopic based on the life of writer Amrita Pritam, the reports added. However, no official confirmation has been given by the makers.
