Kerala NEET 2017 Rank List Released, 45363 Students Qualify For Admission

45,363 students gained qualification for admission in the MBBS/BDS/BAMS courses in the state.

Deric Joseph has ranked the Kerala State Medical list with his NEET rank being 6 and the entrance score being 691 out of 700.

Apart from the topic, the fee of the MBBS course at private self-financing medical colleges in Kerala was fixed at Rs. 5.5 lakh for the 2017-18 academic year by a government-appointed committee. After the release of the engineering and pharmacy rank list 2017, the board has published the merit of Kerala NEET.

For Medical Allied courses, those who had secured a minimum of 20 marks in NEET UG (no such requirement for SC/ST) have been included in the rank list. About 51,066 candidates had submitted their NEET UG result for admissions in the state.

For Ayurveda Rank list, the students who studied Sanskrit as Second Language at Plus Two level have been given 8 marks as weightage. KEAM result every year is declared for candidates to fetch admissions into professional degree colleges and good State Universities of Kerela.

Complaints, if any, with regard to the Provisional Rank lists may be preferred to the office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations via e-mail before 10 am on 15.07.2017. According to guidelines, the admissions to medical & allied courses will be strictly on the basis of results of National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET UG 2017) which was announced a month ago.
