Netflix have just dropped their first trailer for Narcos season 3, giving fans a first look at how the show will continue following dramatic climax to season two. The real Murphy left Colombia after catching Escobar.

The popular Netflix series is set to premiere on September 1 and will follow the second season's events where Pablo Escobar was finally killed in a heated confrontation.

Netflix have renewed the show for four seasons, with it yet to be announced whether that will be the final bow from the show. Enter the Cali Cartel, whom the show has been slowly introducing as Escobar's death neared. "There's a revolving-door aspect to narco kingpins and we'll certainly exploit that". "While the whole world was focused on Escobar, Cali became the biggest cocaine cartel in history".

Netflix announced Friday that the show will return on September 1 and provided our first look at the Cali Cartel - the "biggest drug lords you've probably never heard of". This time the team is led by Gilberto Rodriguez Orejuela (Damian Alcazar), Miguel Rodriguez Orejuela (Francisco Denis), Pacho Herrera (Alberto Ammann), and Chepe Santacruz Londono (Pepe Rapazote). They operate much differently from Escobar, preferring to bribe officials rather than have violence splashed across headlines.
