Watching Instagram stories is undeniably addictive, but have you ever felt like words and emojis just aren't enough for the witty reply you had planned? So if you like to use Instagram as a place to practice your creativity, this update provides a great opportunity for you to creatively enhance your interactions. You can use any of the tools in the camera in your reply, including filters, stickers, and Rewind.
You can tap to view it and also see a sticker of the original story that's only visible to you.
The update is rolling out today to Instagram for Android, version 10.28, on Google Play.More news: Single market trade benefits after Brexit 'not possible'
If you want to respond to someone's Instagram story but can't muster up the energy to type a reply, then there's good news, as Instagram's latest update means you no longer have to. Head below to learn how to use the new feature.
Start watching! Once you find a story that you're compelled to react to, simply tap the camera button while you're watching it.
Then capture a photo, video or boomerang and add any creative tools you so desire. That's right; in addition to writing a message reply, you can now also respond with an image of your very own. Replying to a story won't take you out of the stories feed or derail you in any way, you can pick up exactly where you left off before you made the comment.
