The initial deposit to be paid by the couple to the surrogate's agency is said to be a whopping $68,850.
The surrogate would have to abstain from smoking, drinking, and drugs during pregnancy.
Kim Kardashian grew up with a lot of siblings, so she expressed her desire to have four kids if she could. This also includes refraining from sex for three weeks following embryo implantation.
Late previous year, Kanye cancelled a December tour and was hospitalised after an apparent mental health breakdown.
According to the documents, Kim and Kanye "assume legal and parental responsibilities for the child, whether she or he will come to this world with birth defects or other malformations".
