Golden State Warriors took a 3-0 lead over defending champions Cleveland Cavaliers with a 118-113 victory in the best-of-seven NBA Finals.

There was some talk that guarding Durant had exhausted James out in Game 2, with the Cleveland Cavaliers star taking just six shots in the second half of the Game 2 loss.

It was his pull-up three-pointer over LeBron James with 45 seconds remaining that gave the Warriors their first lead since late in the third quarter that had everyone talking.

"I want to win just as bad as they do and obviously they probably got a bad taste in their mouth after what happened last year and we had one in our mouth last year from what happened the year before", James said.

The analysts at CableTV were able to determine to most popular NBA Finals player in each state by looking at Google trends data for the past twelve months. "I played against some great teams, but I don't think no team has had this type of firepower", James said after Wednesday's loss.

Now that the Warriors are one win away from completing a four-game sweep of the Cavaliers in the Finals, these two conversations tell us a lot about Green's role in the team's success. "So we made enough plays tonight to still win the ballgame, but they made a couple more", added James, via ESPN.

A year ago the Cavaliers became the first team to win a title after trailing the Finals 3-1 when they beat the Warriors 93-89 in the deciding game.

In fact, the Warriors outscored Cleveland 29-19 in the fourth quarter, with the majority of that coming in the waning minutes of the game. After the teams won a finals apiece over the last two years, the Warriors are primed to win the trilogy.
