Beyonce and Jay Z welcome twins

Back in February, the Carters announced their double baby blessing with an elaborate photo shoot featuring the "Flawless" mother-to-be draped in a green veil and surrounded by attractive flower bouquets.

Beyoncé has blessed the world by bringing two new members of the Knowles-Carter family into it.

While the nature of the issue has not been revealed, both Beyonce and the little ones are said to be okay.

So Beyonce and Jay Z now have a fuller house with Blue Ivy and the new-born twins.

Mum's the word from Beyonce and Jay Z and their reps, even though reports are flying that the much-anticipated twins have made their arrival.

Meanwhile a source close to the family told People: "Bey and Jay are thrilled and have started sharing the news with their family and closest friends". "The Carters", she said.

In 2012, the birth of the couple's first child, Blue Ivy, caused a media sensation, leading New York's Lenox Hill Hospital to shut down part of its maternity wing to accommodate music's royal couple.

The singer gave birth to the twins in a Los Angeles-area hospital some time last week, according to multiple sources.

Beyonce and Jay Z confirmed in February that twins were on the way, announcing their happy baby news via an Instagram photo of Beyonce cradling her blossoming baby bump.

The announcement got more than 8 million "likes" in the first 24 hours to become the "most-liked" Instagram ever.

Beyonce also pulled the plug on plans to perform at the Coachella festival in California in April 2017 upon doctors' advice, and Lady Gaga stepped in for her. The gift also included a card that read "B & J" - it's not proof the balloons were for Queen Bey and Jay Z, but it's definitely interesting.
