Announced today at Apple's WWDC 2017, the long awaited Monument Valley 2 is now available on iOS. This is a standalone story, without the need to play the original game in order to understand this one. Occasionally you're presented with unusual mechanisms that require you tap-hold and slide to maneuver platforms that facilitate movement from one portion of the "impossible" illusion to the next. You can get it now for only $5.

Now if you do give two pounds of a sack of ground beef about architecturally inspired puzzle games with muted colors and minimalistic palettes, then you might actually enjoy Monument Valley 2. "Help Ro as she teaches her child about the mysteries of the valley, exploring stunning environments and manipulating architecture to guide them on their way". Monument Valley originally came out for iOS and Android in the spring of 2014, but it was the app's guest appearance on Frank Underwood's iPad in season 3 of Netflix's House of Cards a year later that rocketed the indie game to stardom.
