Woman dies in Concord stabbing


Police in Concord are investigating the death of a 23 year-old women they found stabbed in a vehicle Tuesday.

A woman was killed Tuesday evening in a stabbing in Concord, police said.

According to New Hampshire Attorney General Gordon J. MacDonald, Concord police responded to a 911 call about an injured person around 8:40 a.m. Officers found Galusha in a auto on North State Street bleeding from a stab wound.

Officials say the woman, identified as Galusha, was taken to the hospital and was pronounced dead.

Daswan Jette, 20, of Concord, was arrested and charged with alternate counts of knowing and reckless second-degree murder.

The investigation is still in the early stages, but it appears the stabbing occurred outside of the Penacook Place Apartments, 36 Pinehurst St., Concord. Jette was scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday; it wasn't immediately known if he had a lawyer.
