This isn't the first time that Steve's ex-wife has made allegations against him.

She is seeking $60 million in damages. The couple was married from 1996 until 2005. "The Complaint is meritless, frivolous and the allegations are completely false", the statement reads. In 2013, Mary was arrested for breaking a gag order by leaking information relating to her divorce to Fox News. "We will vigorously defend/counterclaim against the Complaint".
