Serena Williams posted a baby bump photo to Snapchat.

Williams is one of the greatest tennis players of all time, being ranked world No. 1 in singles on seven occasions, from 2002 to 2017, by the Women's Tennis Association.

The infamous Snap, of which Williams shared on her official account on Wednesday, showed her in a sexy, yellow one-piece swimsuit, her belly visibly bigger than the last time she was seen in public.

James Pivarnik, a kinesiology professor at Michigan State University, said her muscular build could overcome some of the changes that usually impair performance.

Her appearance at the Australian Open tuneup event in Auckland, New Zealand, marked her first tournament since a semi-final exit at Flushing Meadows last September.
