73-year-old Lauren Hutton stars in Calvin Klein underwear ad

Hollywood actress Kirsten Dunst, who's worked with Coppola several times in the past, discusses her "First Kiss" as part of the accompanying video series for the campaign.

The 73-year-old fashion star and actress has been modelling since the '60s, working for the likes of Revlon, Chanel and Alexander Wang over her illustrious career. No surprise there-she is a modeling legend after all-but the choice of Calvin Klein to cast women of all ages and ethnicities to model underwear is worthy of reflection.

Hutton features alongside a Sofia Coppola-selected lineup, including Kirsten Dunst, Nathalie Love, Laura Harrier, Rashida Jones, Maya Hawke (daughter of Ethan), and Chase Sui Wonders.

The initial five year agreement, which will begin on 1 January 2018, will see Delta Galil assume the exclusive wholesale right to market the Calvin Klein master brand boys and girls underwear, sleepwear and socks through department and speciality stores in the U.S. and Canada.

All shot in black and white, the images are simple and lovely. Yes, the slim, youthful models you'd associate with CK and Simons remain-but mostly in the brand's ready-to-wear advertising and runway shows.

Calvin Klein is reminding us that women of all ages are sexy in their own way. It also introduces the brand's new slogan - "Calvin Klein, or nothing at all" - which, like its revised logo, pays homage to slogans past.
